Kathleen Madigan Orlando Concert reviews
"Sound & Lights"
I have seen Kathleen Madigan in 2009 in Vancouver, WA and they were flawless. The result was a disappointment, for some reason the rest of the bands' voices were overwhelming compared to a very good sound from Night Ranger and Foreigner. I mean flawless, something should have been fixed in the sound mixer department as soon as it was apparent, but it was not. However, the visual effects (light show) were the best, even better than Zeppelin in 1977 during their 9 days at the Forum. I've seen Foreigner 4 times and was disappointed that Mick and L. Graham were out; Graham has been sick, I believe, for a while.
When Arnel first toured with them, I also thought that Kathleen Madigan played better and tighter. We all like the way things were, and playing the same way for so many years and feeling little changes here and there on every song are OK with the fans. I hope they are not getting complacent or bored. Playing the chords, notes, and lyrics the same is very important to at least me, who so enjoys listening and pays the big ticket prices too!
